Kinetic Print on Paper

In 2021 I moved from Alberta to a small island on the West Coast of Canada. There is a very special park here called Dodd Narrows, where the ocean converges in 3 directions. The current, changing tides and rapids are powerful; one must be very careful when exploring this area. Orcas, sea lions, seals, humpback whales and many other forms of sea life inhabit this amazing place. It is a gathering spot for locals and in July, given the location of the sun in the sky, it creates an exceptional sunset with the warm glow reflecting off the sandstone rocks. This kinetic energy of the water commands respect the forces in the universe and in this case, to go with the flow!
