How do I order if I live outside of Canada?
If you are ordering an item that will be shipped internationally, contact us at downtoearthart@outlook.com Please note, all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How do I know if my wearable art item will fit?
Since each upcycled item is unique, the fit of each jacket is also unique. I do my best to include descriptions of sizing, but you are more than welcome to contact me and discuss further. I can have a friend who is a similar size try it on and send you a photo of them wearing it.
What if I am unsure of the colours in the painting?
If you are unsure about any item and want to discuss it with me, please contact me directly. We can discuss the space you intend to hang this piece and if it will be a good fit for you.
I am worried the painting on clothing will crack or fade, how can I be sure it won’t?
Each hand painted piece of clothing has been pre-washed and treated with a heat-set fabric medium that is made to keep the artwork flexible and permanent. If the proper care instructions were followed and yet the painting is fading or cracking, please contact me directly so we can find a solution.
Can I order something unique/a commission?
Yes, I love taking special orders from my customers. I get to connect one on one and learn what is special to you about this order and together we will decide on size, price, theme, colours, timeline and more. Please send me a message using the contact form with details about what you’re looking for and I will be happy to get back to you as soon as I can. Damage

If you suspect your item has arrived damaged, within 24 hours take photos of the box, and then open it to inspect damage. If the item is indeed damaged, take photos of the damage and send all the photos to me in an email as soon as possible. I will respond to you with information regarding return shipping and refund, or it may be possible to fix the damage and be re-shipped back to you.

30 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly to discuss return shipping. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs including required shipping insurance for the item. When I have received the item in good standing, I will refund your payment.
